Casa Praiano is a charming small house of Praiano, with a splendid view over the Mediterranean sea and Amalfi's coastline . The house is set in an elevated position, in the heart of the pedestrian area of Praiano and provides easy access to the bus stop, information centre, grocery store, bars and restaurants. It is a lovely, comfortable and centrally located base to explore the Amalfi coast from.
Just 300 meters far from the property is a bus stop , both for the local bus and for the bus that takes to the other villages of the coast. From the bus stop, a 5-minute walk up the hill takes you to pedestrian lane with 5 steps up to the entrance door.
Recently modernised , Casa Praiano features rooms full of air and light and hand painted majolica tiled floors, typical of the Amalfi coast.
Next to the apartment there is a lovely private garden of about 30 sq. meters equipped with a dining table, with chairs and sun-beds.
The 2 larger bedrooms and the dining/sitting room have access to the balcony with wonderful views of the sea and of the arch- shaped stretch of coast which goes from Praiano to Positano up to Punta Campanella and the island of Capri. The balcony is furnished with tables with chairs, and deck chairs.

A car is not necessary during your stay at Casa Praiano but if you have one, parking is available at the daily cost of 15,00 euros , in a private parking lot

A spacious and bright room with a floor made of local majolica tiles houses the kitchen/sitting room On one side, here you will find cupboards and the cooking area which is equipped with a five-burner stove, an oven, a large fridge with freezer, and small electrical appliances such as toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, etc.
This room features also a solid wood dining table to seat six people, comfortable sofas , two armchairs, a television, a large window with views and French doors onto the balcony
The two main bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and each has access to the balcony with wonderful views of the sea . The balcony is furnished with tables with chairs, and deck chairs.
The third bedroom has two single beds and has a window overlooking the garden next to the apartment.
Adjacent to the bedrooms are two bathrooms with shower, WC, washbasin.

A very good general food shop can be reached within a moments walk; bars and restaurants are within 5 mins walk . The pebble beach at La Praia can be reached on foot or by public transport.
The inlet , enclosed by high cliffs , is home to several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, boat hire service and a sub-aqua school .
