The Colomba apartment (approx. 78 m2 – 4+2 persons) consists of:

The Tonino apartment (approx. 80 m2 – 5+2 persons) consists of:
Hall leading to lounge with kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), double sofa bed and satellite TV, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with an extra bed.
The Clorinda apartment (approx. 95 m2 – 6'+1 persons) consists of:

Anseneta is an apartment on the groundfloor in a completely restored charming stone house located at the periphery of the typical Tuscan village of Colle di Compito, south of Lucca. The village can be reached on foot. The apartment is very cosy with beamed ceilings; the decor is simple, but reflects the Tuscan tradition and fits in well so that the ambience is emphasized. The village can be reached on foot. The apartment is very cosy with beamed ceilings the décor is simple, but reflects the Tuscan tradition and fits in well so that the ambience is emphasized. The house has three other apartments for rent .The owners live close by.

Entry to the living room/kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer), double sleeper sofa and satellite TV, one bedroom with twin-beds, a bathroom w/shower, a double room with private bath-room with shower.
The stone house is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with grassy areas and olive trees. From the house there is a great view of the olive grove, since the house is on somewhat elevated ground. From the swimming pool area around the 5 x 10 meters (depth 1,50 metres) sunken swimming pool you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the deck chairs. The swimming pool is open from 30/04/2011 to 15/10/2011 and is shared between the apartments. There is access to a toilet and outdoor shower at the swimming pool (children in the swimming pool or swimming pool area MUST be under adult supervision at all times).
The owners live on the estate and will be pleased to offer assistance if asked to do so. This property is great for those looking for accommodation in the Lucca countryside.
On arrival you will find a sampling of local food in the apartment. There is access to safety boxes, common ironing and laundry room.
