The Fattoria Bianca is a large estate situated in one of the most fascinating and unspoiled areas of Southern Tuscany, less than 30 km south of Siena, in the heart of the Chianti countryside.The estate extends over 10sq km of rolling hills covered in vineyards and woods, where game such as pheasant, partridge and roe deer roam free. the estate lies between the rivers Merse and Ombrone and is only 7Km from the hot springs at Perolio and 60Km from the sea at Catiglione della Pescaia. The ideal destination from which to enjoy Tuscany, nature and tranquillity combines with excellent sporting facilities.
At the centre of the Fattoria Bianca estate there is a shop which sells the produce of the farm: fruit, vegetables, oil, honey, table wines and grappa as well as basic fresh commodities. There is also a small restaurant and bar area which becomes an informal meeting point in the evening.
Situated next to the restaurant is the sports area with two flood-lit tennis courts, boules, ground, table tennis, semi-Olympic size swimming pool (25m x 12.5m) with private cabins. Stunning views from the pool. There is also a separate children's pool with play area.
The estate can be explored by mountain bike or horse-back or for the less energetic there are two lakes, one for fishing.
The accommodation is in four 16th century farmhouses located around the estate. These farmhouses have been carefully restored to preserve the original characteristics of the building and offer comfortable and charming accommodation which is tastefully furnished.
Podere Campolungo is one of the farmhouses which is divided in to 8 apartments approx 2 Km from the centre of the estate.

THE PRICE FOR THE APARTMENT INCLUDES: the use of the apartment with all cooking equipment, water, gas, electricity. Linen for bed, bathroom and kitchen changed weekly; final cleaning; TV, use of the swimming-pool with beach umbrella, deck-chairs and private cabin, ping pong, bocce, mountain-bikes fishing. PETS: € 25,00 for extra cleaning. WEEKEND: min. stay 2 nights. WEEKLY RENTALS: arrival on Saturday from 3.30 to 6.30 p.m.(5 p.m. in low season); rooms must be left until 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning. RESTAURANT: open from the 10 of April to the 10 of October except for one day. Tennis, horse riding and restaurant are extra and payable direct to the owner. SWIMMING-POOL : open from 10/04 to 10/10. Cot available at 5 Euros per day, extra bed available at 10 Euros per day.
