One single traditional villa on 2 floors with internal staircase: Ground floor : living area – fireplace lounge, dining area. Main dining table seats comfortably 14 guests. Smaller dining table seats comfortably 4 – 6 guests. Guest bathroom. Pantry. Kitchen.

First Floor (internal staircase): 5 full double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (one with bath tub and hand held shower). 1 small twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Kitchen: 6 ringed gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave. Pantry with fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Living Area: Two dining room tables to seat up to 20 guests. Fireplace lounge with sofas.

Maid service: Mon-Fri included in the rental price

Accessibility: Villa on two floors with internal stair case. Ground floor living area all on one level, steps down into kitchen area. Upstairs level with long staircase. All rooms on one level upstairs, no steps once on the first floor.

Exteriors: loggia veranda with cushioned wrought iron furniture. Pool solarium with sun-beds and sun umbrellas. Pool solarium is directly accessible from French windows from the villa. The pool, loggia and garden are all lit up at night. Paved courtyards with flowering pots. Terraced Mediterranean gardens fenced at bottom level. No lawn area.
