At guests disposal: Large shared garden with swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - min. depth 1,5 m - max. depth 2,8 m - open from 15/06 to 30/09 and from 8.30 to 20.00) situated approx.
50 m from the apartments and shared with the owners, barbecue.
All of the apartments provide Jacuzzi shower, washing-machine, internet access and floor cooling and heating system.
Dryer and ironing facilities available in a shared external room. Parking within the grounds.
This was an absolutely perfect place. Just minutes to Pisa. It was clean and well maintained with upscale details. It was all updated yet it kept in style with it old world charm of Italy's countryside. I would recommend it to everyone. |

| The complex is located in a small village just behind the church. Beautiful, spacious and fully renovated high-quality (2011) 3 room apartment (living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms) on the 2nd floor, no problem because on the ground floor there is a great terrace where you can sit and eat. There is a barbecue and a pizza oven available, a nice pool, a football pitch and table tennis, the complex has 8 apartments and in 2012 probably a big new pool will be built. We have had a nice week. |

| Fantastic property. Beautifully furnished. Great pool. Great location for visiting Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the lovely beaches at Viareggio. My only criticisms? No electric kettle, no potato peeler, no mugs or big drinking glasses. No table mats. No DVD player. Families like/need things like this. But this are little criticisms. We would come back tomorrow if we could. It is a fantasic group of properties. |
