Lucca is well known as an ancient walled city, filled with countless churches and abundant with some of Italy’s finest medieval and renaissance architecture.  Lucca is also home to a beautiful amphitheatre, antique markets, classical and rock music festivals, art and history, designer and bijoux boutiques, art nouveau architecture and fabulous restaurants, (but then fabulous eating establishments are indigenous of the Northern Tuscany area.)

The countryside which surrounds Lucca is some of Tuscany's finest.  A wonderful natural landscape filled with ancient vineyard, centuries old olive groves, elegant villas, charming farmhouses & remote hilltop villages.

The Colline lucchese wine trail is the land where the Doc wines 'Colline Lucchese' & Montecarlo are produced.

The wonders of Lucca & it's stunning countryside are only half an hour away from Tuscany’s’ endless golden beaches.
