COOKERY COURSES AVAILABLE:
The famous school of Salento: visit the colourful fish and vegetable market in the historic centre of Monopoli with the Masseria’s chef, he will guide you around the estate to pick fruit and vegetables of the season. In the former stables learn how to make typical Apulia dishes, home made pasta, fish and meat from the farms, and the local desserts.
Use the firewood oven from 1500 to learn how to make pizza and panzerotti also for the kids, you can also learn how to make mozzarella and burrata. After all this work you can rest under a beautiful pergola covered by a vine dating back to 1600 overlooking the surrounding countryside and enjoy the home-made Apulian delicacies.
THE POOL: A beautifully designed pool surrounded by olive groves with sea view, a natural beach with a large Jacuzzi under the shade of the canes, the pool is HEATED from March to November.
