Tenuta La Campana - The Villa

The medieval country estate of La Campana is located in the middle of the Crete Senesi, a wonderful area south of Siena.
The estate is set in a vast garden of 1050 acres surrounded by tall trees and flowering hedges. Here guests will share the tennis court (free of charge but please bring your own racquets and balls), boules pitch and a small playground for children. The beautiful swimming pool (8m x 16m) has plenty of poolside furniture, sun umbrellas and offers the most impressive panoramic views over the wonderful countryside.

THE VILLA

La Campana estate is made up of several historical buildings, the most beautiful of which is the The Villa, with its typical 17th Century Tuscan architecture, situated facing the private chapel still used for Sunday Mass. The villa is on two floors. At ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen where an expert chef can prepare typical Tuscan dishes, a tv room, a tea room, dining room and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a billiard room, 4 twin bedded rooms, one double bedded room, one single room, all of them with an inside private bathroom. The villa is furnished with antiques and is surrounded by a beautiful private park. At the guests disposal is a private swimming pool (6x12 ms – 1,10/1,90 ms deep). The guests of the villa can also use the tennis court shared with other guests and all the facilities of Tenuta La Campana.

Tenuta La Campana is an excellent choice for those who want to retreat from the stress of the cities and instead enjoy leisurely walking, trekking or mountain biking through this enchanting countryside (horses and bikes available for hire locally). The renaissance city of Siena is very close - just 25 kms, the towns of Montepulciano, Montalcino Pienza and San Gimignano are also within easy reach.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Water, gas, electricity, linen (for beds, bathrooms and kitchen) changed weekly, and final cleaning; the use of the swimming-pool with beach umbrella and deck-chairs, tennis, trekking routes, internet access, children?s playground, barbecue and parking lot.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Chef service on request. 
Central heating upon use for the apartments and per day for the Villa.
Maid service: € 22.00 per hour (to be booked and paid on the premises). 2 hours per day maid service compulsory for the Villa but on public holidays.
Inventory deposit  €500

Arrival Saturday afternoon from 5.00 to 7.00 p.m.; departure by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Swimming-pool: open from 01st of May till 30th of September.
