Villa Arista (180 sqm) has been recently renovated and divided into two separate apartments one of which is only occasionally used by the owner. A staircase leads up to the entrance to the villa. Villa Arista is tastefully furnished in a modern style and has all necessary comforts. The living room, equipped with a satellite TV and stereo with CD player, gives access to a large panoramic terrace where one can enjoy the magnificent view over the coast. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. A few steps lead from the ground floor to the first floor, by which you can reach a large private roof terrace, by walking up several stairs. The terrace is well equipped and perfect for enjoying the wonderful weather and stunning views. Access to the garden with swimming pool is along an alleyway leading from the main entrance of the villa. The pool deck has large sunbathing terrace comfortably furnished with tables and chairs. The garden and swimming pool areas are shared with the owners, when present. The property also has a small garden with oven ideal for baking pizza.
Raised ground floor: 12 steps lead you to the living room area, which enjoys access to the terrace. The living room has a dining area and leads into the kitchen. This floor also has one double bedroom and bathroom with a shower.
First floor: The first floor enjoys a bedroom with a double bed and two single sofa beds and a double bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub.
Access: The villa is only reachable by foot, along a short alleyway leading down from a small square.

Villa Arista lies in the upper part of the quiet village of Praiano, in a panoramic position overlooking the Mediterranean. Praiano, a typical coastal fishing village offers a quaint pebble beach and excellent seafood restaurants. Praiano can easily be reached by car and is also served by frequent bus connections with Positano only 7 kilometres away to the north and Amalfi 6 kilometres to the south.
