There are two newly restored farmhouses called Belvedere and Licchiano. Completely independent, Villa Belvedere is reached by a short, lovely unpaved road (600m) This two-floor villa consists of a spacious living room, and one double bedroom (twin on request) with ensuite shower bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace and satellite tv, one dining room, a well equipped kitchen (oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and toaster); two twin bedrooms; one double bedroom; two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub).
Laundry room and pizza oven are at the guests disposal.

In the garden, in a panoramic and sunny position there is a swimming pool (6.90 x 4 mts) furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrella. Villa Belvedere is a perfect choice for a relaxing country holiday.
