Forte dei Marmi with its famous beaches, restaurants & nightlife is one of the most requested destinations on the Tuscan coast & houses of this standard and this close to the beach are hard to come by.
The villa is situated in the Vittoria Apuana area of Forte dei Marmi & is within easy distance of the shops, cafes and restaurants which make the town so famous.
Wonderful villa of 280 sq. meters, immersed in a large park of more than 2.000 sq. meters with an amazing view of the nearby Apuan Alps. In the park is located parking for several cars, a barbeque area and open air areas ideal for lunch or dinner. The villa has been recently built in a perfect blend modern comfort and interesting architectural features.
The villa is on 2 levels and is very well furnished with many elegant and sought furnishings. The main entrance is on the ground floor. Here there is the patio, facing on the park, the large living room with fire place and the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with its lunch, a double bedroom (with view on the entrance to the park), a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The ground level comprise also of a suite with a bathroom with shower. On the upper level there is a wide attic with a large panoramic window, a quiet studio and a wide twin bedroom (where it is possible to add a further bed - please request at the time of booking). The bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower.
On the lower level (under the entrance level) there is a large and windowed basement for laundry.

It takes only 15 minutes to reach Pisa International Airport.
