Entrance into a large open plan living/dining area with access onto the outdoor areas - perfect for families with children as the large double doors can be opened up and the children can safely play in the fenced garden - the living area is well furnished and there are very high ceilings creating a wonderful light and spacious ambience. There is a separate kitchen with its' own dining table and direct access out onto the outdoor dining area.

Also leading off from the main living area is the corridor off which guests will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. 1 Master double with ensuite bathroom, 1 double/twin, 1 single with an addtional pull out bed and a shower room.

Above the living area is a mezzanine level where guests will find a double sofabed and a shower room. A heavy curtain can be pulled accross to give guests staying here privacy.
