Elegantly furnished living areas open out to the exterior for dining al fresco with stunning views across the valley. The garden is surrounded by climbing roses and vines. On one side there is the entrance and an open area, on the other side is a huge swimming pool (12x6m - 1.10/1.60m deep). Nearby there are beautiful walking and biking paths and the iconic cypress lined country roads.
The high quality interior includes many antiques which are skilfully and tastefully combined with contemporary pieces and modern amenities.
ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:
On the ground floor is the spacious fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, 5 ring cooker and large fridge/freezer. There is a living room with satellite TV and a beautiful garden room filled with plants, a pool table and three windows with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
On the first level is a study, another kitchen and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
On the second level there are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 bathroom which opens onto the hallway. Two double bedrooms are on the other side. These rooms have a comfortable double beds and a private bathroom with shower. Beside this room there is a sauna and hydromassage bath 2x2 (heated and available in winter too) and a gymnasium.
