Villa Santa Caterina is a large white house built in the traditional mediterranean style. It's hidden by the colours of the garden rich in ornamental plants, trees and mediterranean vegetation create lots of shade where you can read books or newspapers, you have a lunch and speak to friends or family, or you can just relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Independent residence sleeps 14+2; on the ground floor there is a lounge with access to the garden and sea view, dining room, with access to the garden, a kitchen with direct access to the garden at the back of the villa, furnished for breakfast, two double bedrooms, each one with bathrooms with shower, sea view and verandas with armchairs; on the first floor there is a double bedroom communicating with a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, a balcony facing the garden, three double bedrooms, two of them with bathroom, one with shower, the last one with shower and bath, furnished balconies and terraces with sea view. Very well furnished.
Location
The villa is in the small village of Santa Caterina and near the natural park of Porto Selvaggio. Villa Santa Caterina is a few metres from the sea (20 mtr.) along one of the most romantic pieces of coastline. A one way traffic road in summer, is between the property and the rocky coast, but without a real noise thanks to the trees and plants which muffle the sound.

Weekly prices in self-catering include the consumption of water, gas, towels and bed linen, final cleaning. The cost of electricity and heating will be paid by the guest to the owner directly, according to the consumption, at the end of the stay.

Penalty of € 50,00 for arrivals after 10.00 o'clock p.m.
Damage deposit € 500,00 that guest will pay on arrival directly to the owner and will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the building and furniture.
