The property has recently been renovated to an excellent standard using the most prestigious materials which combine perfectly with the elegant furnishings to create a stunning home from home for the most discerning guests.
Great care has been taken to ensure our guests comfort and the attention to detail is shown in the accessories and equipment provided for our guests: air-conditioning and heating system in each room, satellite antennae plus 2 HD televisions with Surround Sound systems, CD/DVD player with a selection of CD’s and films for our guests enjoyment, I-Pod station, Wireless internet connection, telephone (metered), library with both English & Italian books, complete kitchen with all mod-cons, laundry room and a gas Barbeque for guests to make the most of the delicious fresh food available locally and the glorious summer sunshine. We can also organise for a chef to cook for our guests at the villa so that you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views whilst someone else prepares dinner.
Domestic help is provided daily. General duties will include house work, preparing breakfast and informal lunches, grocery shopping and pool maintenance. Professional chef available for dinners (as mentioned previously).
The villa is situated in a lush park of around 3000m2. Guests can enjoy a stroll through the age-old olive trees, fruit trees and the typical Mediterranean colourful plants and flowers which create a perfect frame for the stunning panorama beyond.
There is a private infinity pool with hydro massage water jets (16x8m) the views from the pool are simply sensational reaching out to sea and of a castle which is illuminated at night. There is a shower, changing room and WC by the swimming pool.
Within 6km guests will find Forte dei Marmi Golf Course, the famous beaches of Forte dei Marmi – we can arrange for membership at an exclusive beach club for our guests – as well as the many famous boutiques, restaurants, pavement cafes and nightclubs. We would be delighted to help our guests with booking tables at restaurants.
We have staff on hand in the area to ensure the smooth running of your holiday and we offer a full concierge service.
Villa Sul Forte is 530m2 and sleeps 12 people in 6 rooms each with its own bathroom plus a service room and a small single room suitable for a child or domestic help.
Ground Floor: large salon with living-room, fireplace and dining-area, connected to an outdoor covered patio equipped for outdoor dining; well equipped kitchen with dishwasher; 1 WC with washbasin; 1 bedroom/study with double sofa bed (access also from the grounds) and bathroom with shower; small wine cellar; laundry room with washing machine and dryer; 1 single bedroom for the domestic or a child (not adults) with bathroom with shower.
First Floor: living room; 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower; 3 twin bedrooms (some have beds which can be put together – please request at the time of booking) two of which are communicating and with access also from the grounds, with bathroom with shower.
Second Floor: large panoramic sun terrace with more than 200 m2 with breath taking sea view furnished with lounge chairs and sun-umbrellas. A lift is available for our guests to reach all floors.
Electric gates and parking for 4 cars. Alarm system and gardener. The price includes all linens (including pool towels), cleaning charges and consumables.
