Villa Versiliana is situated in a fantastic corner of the Tuscan coast only a few kilometres far away from the golden sandy beaches of the Versilian coast. Gently laying down on the slope of a terraced, hill, planted with olive, cypress, and fruit trees, it offers enchanting views over the valley, and the close town of Camaiore with historical centre busting with Italian life and with many fantastic traditional restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, cafes, shops and wine cantina's. All around the lush hills are adorned with picturesque ancient villages - it's hard to believe when enjoying the tranquility at Villa Versiliana that the coast and cosmopolitan towns such as Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi are only a few kilometres away.

The Pool:
Open from the first Saturday of May until the second Saturday in October.The pool is irregular shaped and measures 11 x 6 m ( min depth 1.40 max depth 1.75 m). The border and the terrace of the pool is finished in Travertine marble tiles and surrounded by a well kept lawn and garden, where you can also find, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas. The pool area also has an outdoor shower with cold/hot water. A rocky wall with a waterfall towers above the pool.
Access: Small country road road: 20 m of small non asphalted public road, and 150 m of small private asphalted road and parking spaces in the private area in front of the main gate.
Located only 1700m away from the historical centre of the medieval Camaiore, in the heart of the Versilia, it is an ideal point to have nice daily trip all over Tuscany, Umbria as well as Liguria with its 5 Terre and Portofino. It is also well linked with the main roads, such as the motorway A12 (Genova- Livorno exit either Versilia or Viareggio). Many important and interesting towns are in the surroundings like the history and art rich Pietrasanta (12 km), the elegant and fashionable Forte dei Marmi (18 km) the international art deco town Viareggio (15 km as well as important and beautiful cities like Lucca or Pisa. The area is also served by line buses.
