When relaxing around the beautiful swimming pool and looking out accross the Tuscan coastline it's hard to imagine that just 5 minutes by car from this tranquil oasis you will find Pietrasanta old town centre with its' many famous restaurants, pavement cafes, boutique shops, art galleries and the famous Piazza where so many of our guests love to while away a lazy sunny afternoon or a balmy summer evening. The perfect combination of a peaceful, relaxing setting and an ideal location. A stunning villa in a panoramic position on hills just behind historic Pietrasanta. The views over the towns and villages below and out to sea are simply breathtaking!! High standard of accommodation & one of the most picturesque settings in the area - we highly reccommend this villa for guests looking for something special away from the hustle & bustle of the town centre but who also want to be able to enjoy all that Pietrasanta & Forte dei Marmi have to offer within a short drive. ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: The villa is comprised of 4 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and doors which open out to the splendid panorama beyond, a living room and a kitchen. The internal staircase leads from the ground floor to the second floor there are two other bedrooms with their own bathrooms (shower) which open on to the large terrace equipped with sunh loungers - perfectly placed to take in the wonderful view!
The kitchen opens on to the garden and the two ground floor bedrooms and living room open on to the covered loggia / terrace furnished with quality outdoor furniture. The kitchen or living areas at Villa Vittorio are compact but more than adequate. The bedrooms are spacious and emphasis is on the stunning exterior and outside areas which are exceptional! The loggia area is covered and is furnished with a long dining table and comfortable garden furniture for relaxing.
The owners who live in the property adjacent own a beach club and are on the beach most days and evenings. There is a planted screen between the two gardens in order to separate the properties. The spectacular grounds are large and well maintained - meaning you have plenty of privacy and various areas to sit and enjoy a glass of local wine, read a book or take in the view.
The pool is private and for use of the guests only. (The main garden and pool area of Villa Vittorio are situated well away from the owners house) The villa is 500m above sea level. Pietrasanta old town centre is only a 5 minute drive away. |
